Need Design help?

Every design created in our online design tool is reviewed by one of our professional designers. Don’t worry about exact placement, alignment, sizing, etc.

If you’re uploading artwork, be sure to always upload the highest quality artwork that you have. Double check that fonts are converted to outlines in vector artwork. If your artwork is pixelated, we’ll clean it up if we’re able to or notify you if the artwork is too low of quality for printing.

We’ll always send you a final proof before your design goes into production.

If you get stuck designing, shoot us an email and we can get you connected with one of our professional designers.

Standard Production Turn Times

Our standard turn time is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Most orders ship within 7 business days. Extra services like custom size tags, folding, bagging, etc. can add 1-3 days depending on the complexity.

Art proofs are delivered within 2-3 business days. Artwork must be approved 2-3 days before printing.

Rush Production Turn Times

Anything under 7 business days is considered a rush. Availability is pending our current production schedule and extra fees may be applied.

One of our biggest issues with rushes is getting the garments in our building. Many of our garments ship out of Seattle so we can get them within 24 hours. If we have to get them from California, Texas, Florida, etc., that can take anywhere from 3-5 days to receive in our building. If we need to expedite shipping from these warehouses, those costs will be passed on to you.

Another roadblock for rush orders is the artwork. Providing us vector, print ready, artwork helps speed up that process. Preferred format is Adobe Illustrator .ai, .eps or .pdf files with all fonts converted to outlines. If your design contains raster elements like photographs, Adobe Photoshop .psd or .pdf files at 300 dpi minimum (600 preferred), sized at the actual size you want it to print, with all fonts converted to objects, and layers intact.

If you’re not able to provide print ready artwork, we do have designers available to help. Just keep in mind any revisions, changes, etc. on your part can delay print dates.
